If enough veterans get cleared out of here within the next couple of months, then maybe, but this forward group needs speed badly right now. Until that happens, I want no part of Adam being here. I don't care if he ends up on a 100 point pace.

I wouldn't want to even remotely think about him being here until late in the season. If he had to play after the deadline because of trades and stuff, I could deal with that. But I agree. I also think that proving himself over almost an entire year in the AHL is necessary at this point anyway. He's not going to really win anyone over by playing well enough for a while and then dropping off significantly. He has to prove he can compete at a high level on a nightly basis over months, not just weeks or days.

He pretty much chases Holtby around. You can see Holtby telling him no on more than one occasion. Then he jumps him anyway. At one point Holtby is so off balance and turned around, yet Emery is just throwing punch after punch at the back of his head. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. Maybe Holtby should have swung his stick at him like Kessel did. He probably would have been more effective that way and since the preseason is already over, he wouldn't have gotten suspended anyway.
