Yikes. Apparently Holtby is being taken from the arena on a stretcher after the beating Emery gave him.

Painful game. It was men (Capitals) against boys (Flyers) out there. (frank)ing embarrassing. They should all want to go back to the AHL to remember how to play the game. Bring up the minor league players to show em how it's done!

Emery should probably get suspended for going after Holtby like that. Imagine if a backup goalie went after Mason the same way. That was just lame.

G with his 3 shots - including all that PP time - for the game...clearly he's getting it done.

With Laughton McGinn and Cousins in the system I dont hate the price nearly as much as I used to.

Well considering Holtby stayed in the game and finished the shutout, it's real unlikely that it was him...probably Lecavalier or Downie.

Would have to imagine it's Downie or VL40, unless it was some freak thing unrelated to the game at all. Did anyone see Vinny get tagged in his fight? I didn't see much footage of it
