Could turn a simple comment like, wow, Reimer's 4-0 with a .940 spct! Or JVR is averaging a ppg! and he'd spend 30 pages telling you that you're buying in too heavy on a small sample size, that you'd be an idiot to believe the Leafs were this good etc. etc. Often times, trying to rip us for things that we didn't even say. He had a style about him.

Though when he wasn't trying to pick apart your opinions or observations, he was a decent guy to talk hockey with. Probably why a lot of old schoolers like Lee (that's a paddlin) had no issues with him. When HB first kicked off he was like any of you, just talked hockey. Then he got jaded, and I can't blame him, looking back we had some real poopty seasons.

I agree, and mentioned some time last week that this is likely the last season Kuli wears the blue and white, but what happens if he returns the lineup, and the shot differential turns around and the leafs keep winning?

ie. No Kuli, Leafs are winning, but being badly outshot. With Kuli, Leafs are winning but the defensive side of the game is cleaned up. (I know this is a big assumption, but think he will help in this area).

What's worth more, the fact that he helps solidify the bottom 6, and can slide up to fill in the top 6 if needed, and helps clean up the Leafs' defensive deficiencies? or the potential cap relief obtained by getting a cheaper option to take his spot?

i like kule but i do feel he is replaceable. he has value for sure - but maybe Leivo could take his spot next year for half the price.

There were truly hilarious moments when you guys would stop ripping into him and start rippling into eachother. And somehow the insult of Nicky would come into it. Sofakingbored was always entertaining too, when he got in on it. Man, can't believe I've been reading this poop for so long.

Favorite poster is still Atomic Wedgie. The Nazem puck story is still one of my faves as is the being a leaf fan is like being gay.

Definitely, it's his job to consider every possibility.

But I'm sure he realizes that as good of goalies as they both are their ridiculous numbers are a product of our collapsing system.

Neither one of them had their names submitted by Hockey Canada to the IOC to be included on the drug testing list

Therefore, they are ineligibile

Side note....... today is the last day that Hockey Canada can submit any more names to that list.
