I never heard either (Edmonton or Canada). Except from LeBrun. (frank) that guy.

That's an exaggeration, unless Miller went full on dumb.

You're probably the first Flyers fan to say that.

I kind of expect we might get somebody like oshie or something for him, or at least someone like that but maybe younger. I think regier is going to hold out until he gets that and somebody in more of a panicked state (their goaltending sucks and their team isn't getting any younger) will snap and give it to him. I personally want to keep Miller but have accepted he's most likely gone.

I just know darcy is kind of nuts with value of players and he's not going to give Miller away. Plus anyone in a position to get Miller is going to have a really good and most likely stacked team already, and the draft pick would be 21-30, which kind of sucks for Miller if it's a 1st, so that's why I think he'll fleece a prospect from somebody.

Kypreos was also fed a line of BS about Regeir getting fired, which he ate up and reported, then backtracked the next day. Kypreos is not reliable whatsoever

it wouldnt shock me if miller did list all of the canadian teams, i think he wants to be recognized as a great american goalie and wants to play in an american market. i dont think it would be wrong to suggest that canadian fans show just a little more love to canadian boys. doesnt matter if its right, its the idea that could lead to a list for a limited ntc. frankly the idea of nmcs and ntcs is just ridiculous.

i love that edmonton fans all want to get bigger and tougher. its exactly what i want the sabres to do more of and i love that oilers fans want ott and foligno. nobody on the sabres is untouchable but i suspect ott will require a first rounder, and it will probably come from a team thats looking to go far in the playoffs (probably a pick in the 20s), not a team like edmonton that could miss the playoffs and yield a lottery pick. burke built a pretty good team in toronto but probably lost his job because he traded a couple firsts in years where he overestimated his ability to win.

please stop trying to give us hemsky. every edmonton fan wants to move him. why should we want him? i swear i would trade stafford, ennis, and a second for a third. i dont expect that edmonton fans would want that.

look at the love galchenyuk and max pac get in montreal. kessel in Toronto.
kesler in Vancouver.

miller can choose to play wherever he wants. but Canadian fans love players that are good. not based on their nationality.

I doubt there's a more popular jet ever than selanne. or canuck than bure.
or leaf than sundin or salming

He's been playing awesome recently, and has been very healthy over the last 150 games or so.

If we were making a serious pitch for Myers or Ehrhoff, Hemmer would either have to be gone in a side move, or sent back to you guys. You just can't take 7+ years of 4/5.5 million in cap hit and not send any cap hit back the other way, especially in this tight year. Hemsky isn't a sweetner, he's a throw in.

If Buffalo wanted, they could trade him the very next day for a 2nd/3rd. Right now he's what Leino was billed as, only on the books for a matter of months instead of years.
