Don't understand the D'Agostini scratch. DB has no clue. - Oneonta Penguin
Frustrating I guess..but at the same time I didn't see Matt doing much when he got his chances. |

I'll give him half a clue, he's still looking for the rest of it.
I understand Engo in there. Dude scores goals!
Was hoping Scuds would earn a bid. That's ok He'll be ready for what really matters in April, May. - Sell My Monkey
There's a chance that Paul Martin and Olli Maatta will be the only Penguins defenseman in Sochi |

Too early to say but Kris didn't get enough time on the ice this year. |

Have thought this since the trade was made. Made absolutely no sense at the time. We had the second best power play unit in the league. He wasn't a need. Once Morrow came, Iggy should never have been chased. - Oneonta Penguin
Yeah, the top 6 was producing and I thought Morrow was going to fit well with Cooke and Sutter and the 4th line was going to be Glass, Vitale, Adams with Bennett getting time once in a while. But then they added Iginla and it just created a logjam especially with Jokinen in the situation too and it (frank)ed any chemistry that there had been. |

I don't know why you guys hate Engo. He's a better forward than Godard, MacIntyre. He can be physical and has better stick handling.

Morrow did well with Geno/Neal for a short stretch and even better with Jokes. |

Megna was off for a few in the locker room. Looked like he was bloodied up. Back now. |

Maatta looking alert. He'd better be the way their forwards tend to bang around. |

This pace. Wow. Dupuis, Megna and Malkin looking lethal. Rask getting a workout. |

Rask ain't getting paid enough tonight. |

Great period, but frustrating. Should be up 3-0. Holy rebounds galore. |

I have no problems with Engo up front for 5-8 mins a game. I wanted this last year.
How about Geno's first period. Probably the most fired up he's been all year. |

Taking lessons from his coach? Didn't Patty Roy have a problem with that, or am I thinking of another former stud goalie that played for Montreal once.

That was a great power play goal. I said to myself either Lucic or Marchand would get whistled for the game's first penalty. |
