Open heart surgery. I have an LVAD, it is a pump that works my left side of my heart. I need to be supervised by someone that knows what to do if it alarms.

I contracted a virus when I was 15, now 32. Things just went downhill this past winter and I had my surgery on April 1. I am now waiting for a heart transplant.

Yeah, they put on a course for a lot of family and friends so that I can be with other people too.

Thanks, it's a little easier over the internet. I used to be able to talk to anyone, I did sales. Now, I have a tough time dealing with people in public but here I feel pretty comfortable. So, thank you guys.
