Terrible week last week for the Fartbox Tongue Punchers..

For whatever reason the goalies I picked were 'rested' for just the 2nd time of the entire season, one of my D men breaks his cheekbone on the 2nd shift of the week and one of my wingers gets a 'lower body injury' during warmups of the 1st game of the week. Then the other guys goalie gets a shutout/shootout in his first game. THEN Stamkos lights me up for 50+ points.

I still managed to lose by only 5 1/2 points.

Oh well, poop in a bag and then laugh about it...

That's another one I hear a lot

from what i have heard this is a weak draft.. if we wanted to make this move it shoudl have been last season or just prior to the draft. that would have been better

if they can suck bad enough to get either reinhart or nylander then trade up to get ritchie with the 7th or 8th pick, they will hit on 2 guys up front

i think this move makes it easier to move Miller.. he might be more willing to waive his NTC now in order to go somewhere where they care about having a real hockey team

I hate to say it but this looks like another genius trade by Darcy.. Grabbing a solid 1st round pick in 2014 and a solid 2nd rounder in 2015 (because there is no WAY Vanek will ever resign there). Then dump Moulson for a late 1st rounder at the deadline...

Salary dump and picks up 3 solid picks.

Prediction: Moulson will LOVE Buffalo after being on the Island but will totally suck a$$ here since NO ONE will be able to get him the puck.

Hell... Moulson is as slow as....... Vanek !!

They can't get the puck in the zone and certainly can't KEEP it in the zone.. Moulson will pick up where Van left off and have a few bounce in off his ass.

Moulson will be the new center on the Scott/Kaleta/Whoever isn't suspended & McCormick line.

Moulson has heard of the center position before so we think he would be a great fit there - Darcy Regier

My biggest concern now is that this trade makes me think Regier will be in charge for some time. You get the feeling Pegula has bought into the rebuild and bottoming out for a couple of seasons to acquire top 3 picks. If so, I think he gives Regier a couple of more years to see how the kids develop.
