CHL transfer agreement screws a player like him but that doesn't mean his own team's handling of him has to doubly screw him over.

Sabres are a mess and it starts at top.

I'm going to Thailand tomorrow, if you need something cleaned up just pm another mod or post in mod thread.

I can't say we ever have too many issues in here.

Beware in Thailand, my good friend's mother got stung by some kind of weird jelly fish and she was in the hospital over there for a month. She almost lost her leg.

I thought that was your cue to start drinking more heavily for the next few months.....Canadian hibernation so to speak.

Uh yea, that's why i'm going to Thailand

I'd rather do my drinking on a beach while playing a game of "Is that a girl or isn't it?"

If you are wrong the consequences are dire.

Would be the worst $22.50 i ever spent. There's not enough drugs in the world to wipe those memories.

There's an outside chance I will be able to go. Depends on when my son wraps up his pre-season fitness test for wrestling. Here, that's no big deal since tickets are pretty easy to come by.

Yeah. Plenty of good seats still available! And a few that are only $40 for lower bowl.

Just poor timing.

Well, that is a scarey thought. Alcohol and important decisions always make for a iffy night/morning.

Winning masks a lot of problems and that is exactly what has happened this year. I can't think of a single game when we played the entire game and won. Sadly our most complete game IMO was the Colorado game and we still ended up losing. Obviously we have the skill set needed to be a great team but it just doesn't seem like the effort/discipline/concentration is there all game.

Couldn't agree more, but they will get it going. The 5 on 5 play has been good, it seems the PP is killing momentum. I imagine that will start to change.

To be 7-4 and not have played a single complete game is a good sign.

edit- the record is a good sign, not playing a complete game yet isn't.

Pens are missing something.
Its not soft smurfs, because we have that on our team (Kobasew and D'agostini) they really suck. Kobasew netted a few lucky goals to get himself a roster spot its a joke, he is a turd. Its some what ok if you are insanely soft if you are a high end skill player, I would even put Jussi in that category.

Hockey is the toughest sport in the world and we have the softest team in the league.

This team is very sadly lacking power and toughness, its a crime when Glass looks as good as he has so far this year. Our best power forward is Tanner Glass...

Its October.

Oh yeah I agree that we will get it going and that the record is a good sign! I not to worried because I understand its a long season but since this seems to be a trend the last few years is the only thing that makes you think.

I am basing my comments on his entire body of work, its just not the kind of guy I want on this roster.

I understand but its been a trend for a couple seasons now. I'm not being negative or saying changes must happen, just hope that the coaches, captain, leaders are doing something to right the ship and not just sitting back and hoping the skill wins us games.

The trick for professional coaches is to manage the peaks and valleys of the season and to have those peaks come in April, May, June.

Yeah and I heard the fantastic Calgary drivers were at it again. Jesus, you Southerners sure handle a little weather well. I hate to see what will happen when you guys get some real snow.

Night and day i'm sure. Maybe cars that are less than $600 just handle in the snow better? I don't know...
