Giroux made some very good plays on both sides of the puck.
I thought defensively he was much better last night then in some prior games which is good to see.

If they do really turn this around and go in a winning streak, I'd say Max Talbot coming back to play in the Rangers game after getting his face smashed into the boards will be seen as the turning point, on an emotional and psychological level.

Going into that draft Sean Couturier was my pick, I wanted the Isles to grab him badly. Don't get me wrong Im very happy with Strome, but Sean is working on this third NHL season where Strome is working on his first full AHL season.

Any logical fan would have to say Couturier>Strome at this point.
