Shame really, He and Sid need to put in a full season.
- bixll

Yep.

The thing with Sid, he comes back from concussion and doesn't skip a beat, he still destroys the NHL. Unreal.

I don't know. Too much for an aging unsigned dman.

I think Percy is going to be a good one.

yeah but it will be a deadline deal.. thats going to be the price tag (or at least thereabouts)

I was there, and added that Hall has not played a full year in a while. Injury prone kid.
- bixll

yeah he went off the deepend after that.

LOL glad you were there to join in on the rawness

he played 45 of 48 last season

and he never had issues in junior

this is why i am typically against bringing kids up at such a young age.. just because the size is there doesnt mean they have the durability of a fully mature body

this is why i am concerned about rielly.. when it gets into the griding part of the year, i am worried about how he will hold up

- Dozzer

I hope they can both stay healthy, not sure what his age has to do with the injuries. You would think the younger the more flexible he should be.

poophouse luck, I would chalk it up too.

i doubt orr was too worried anyways

see you not only hit but exceeded 500 this year

well done man!

- Dozzer

yeah orr was hoping to give him another kidney shot so he pee'd blood for another week.

its ok i think leafs will play a better game with that idiot suspended for 1/4 the season now...

501 bro! i may get out a couple more times before years end too.

Yeah...but Rielly is playing among vets whereas Hall was looked upon to BE the vet...if you will. Edmonton didnt have the right number of vet presence to keep the pressure of guys like Hall.

Have to feel a little bad for them. They were at the top for so long, now at the bottom for so long.

Just goes to show, while on top, don't throw rocks at those below.

Yeah...similar with Lupul...aside from his back issue, theyve all been unfortunate injuries.

i look at it like this

when i was 20.. i was 200lbs

now i am 36 and i am 210-215 ish

not a big difference but yet.. i am a hell of a lot more durable now then i was at 20

you are still maturing at 19-20 years old.. and when a 30 year old 225lbs man hits you.. its the kid that gets hurt.. and we've seen that repeatedly over the years.

the body doesnt get tough til 23-24 years of age... plain and simple.

You are correct. An average male matures at 27. I said average. It takes that long for an average male to add the proper amount of muscle to his frame. Wifes Gymnastics stats, these apply to all sports as well. But the youth have flexibility, that is supposed to counter your argument.

Flyers still aren't as good as they were. Then again losing Pronger (frank)ed them up too.

He really is. I love watching him play hockey. Just to see what he does and how he controls the flow of the game at times.
