They just signed him pretty obvious he's going no where. Carlyle loves the kid. Nonis too. - honesthockey
And you have a bigger hard on for him than either of them, was it his hair flick that got you? |

Hey Bruce, would you actually like to see Jake traded?
Rielly is staying, that's fact, so do we move Jake? And for what? - Byfuglien Ate Me
yup.. trade him.. if carlyle is only going to play him on the 3rd pairing might as well move him now before his value drops off into nothingness.
a stay at home top 4 D is what I would like to see as a return |

Kadri is winning draws just as well as Bozak. Why not use a player that actually has some offensive tools? - markmark

They signed him to make sure they got his pillow buddy locked up long term...Bozak will be gone if they can find a someone foolish enough to take him next summer ..
probably Another player to be dumped in the AHL... |

Number 19 - Colorado (currently 2nd in the NHL)
Number 22 - Anaheim (currently 4th in the NHL)
Number 30 - Toronto (currently 6th in the NHL)
great stats guys - ILoveLamp
Yes, it is quite flawed. Doesn't take into account goaltending ability or shooting skill/quality of shots.
It's a rough estimate of how good a teams possession game is. Nothing more really. |

So he should catch that offensive star Gardiner in game 1. - honesthockey
He didn't play too bad after the 1st last night
You keep sticking up for Bozak, but he's starting to look lost
Not that it matters - I think Bozak/Bolland/Kadri/McClement can get the job done and there really is no #1 just cycle them when needed |

You're thinking about it the wrong way. These little miscues don't matter in the grand scheme of things. Corsi correlates literally perfectly with puck possession. Teams that possess the puck more tend to take more shot attempts than their opponents. It's that simple. Corsi = shot attempts. Don't overthink it. - panek
That's too basic to draw legitimate conclusions IMO. Advanced stats lost it for me when they justified their short comings with the word luck. |

Agree, but that top 4D man is going to have a Cap hit we cant take, So Liles needs to be part of the deal, or shot. |

Its like he tried to come up with a combination of stats that would show that Sid was not the best player in the league. |

know what else is flawed? judging something after 10 games that is devised specifically to be judged after only a complete season. but have at it. |
