I really believe were 1 or 2 solid FA signings from being a dangerous team. How are you feeling about the Seguin trade. I for one think it was a really good hockey move for the Bruins. - JShack
i do as well. not only Ericsson, who will pick it up, but to get Morrow and Reilly Smith was great. Smith is skating on the second line right now.
people will look at the points in Dallas, Seguin is racking them up, but they are not winning.
but i do hope the Oil are able to make the moves necessary to take off. i bet they will. |

The team is a lot better than people give them credit for. We were out playing a lot of teams, but couldn't get goaltending. Now we have goaltending above .900 so we are winning. - Lahey
I think they could still use a physical two way dman instead of Nick Schultz
Hate to say it..... The oil miss Souray |

Smith is underrated IMO, he's got a decent game. Ericsson is a more responsible player than Seguin.
How's Iggy doing? |

Why so he can go on the IR? Souray is no answer to any NHL team's issue right now.
I agree we could use some nastiness back there, but he isn't the answer. |

He's doing ok. no goals in 7. but a couple of fights and he looks in sync with Krejci and Lucic. i personally think he's almost trying too hard to play the system. once he relaxes i think it will come. |

let me rephrase that. They need a player like Souray The oilers got rid of him for a reason. When he was in his prime here that's the type of player they lack.

I watched him in pre season and he looked good. Yeah that seems to happen when new ufa's come to town. Takes a while to get into the new system. |

I am confused. Why would they give him such a bonus for something so easy to obtain? Just to get cap relief with the overages? |

The thing about watching games live is that you miss a lot of plays develop. Watching on TV/from the press box gives us a view that can lead to us being overly critical. You saying that Dubnyk looked "Shaky" leads me to believe youre blind or french. Only someone from Montreal could be overly critical of a great performance from a goaltender. You're completely wrong. He was terrific last night. They had numerous odd man chances and he STONED them. He made the big save when we needed it and the team responded.
I will say this, we need to stop giving up goals in the final minute when the opposing team pulls their goalie. JESUS. Its basically guaranteed that they're going to score. - JShack
You could just have a little conversation with yourself given the contradiction in your own argument.
Easy on the personal comments there rookie, you never know who you are talking to. fly away little fly. |

Not really. Souray became useless. Placed on waivers 3x, re-entry once. His career was pretty much over. |

His season was overrated. He was like an inconsistent rookie last year. He definitely was able to get back to playing in the NHL, but he's nothing more than a bottom pairing guy who can play PP.
And how is that a Richard move? Tambo offered him up for free to the whole league, no one wanted him. It's like Omark, at some point the player needs to realize it's him. |

We have Nurse kicking ass. I predict he will become a lethal force in short time for us for many years |

Dubnyk was shaky and eberle was absent??!!
What game did this guy see?
Dubnyk made multiple huge saves, kept us in it and gave us a chance to win.
Ebs was extremely dangerous. He's completely turned his game around from the first couple.
Some people see what they wanna i suppose |

You're an idiot. I couldn't be less scared of someone if you were really Gordon Gekko.
I only contradicted myself if you believe that over analysis isn't a result of actually being able to see EVERYTHING. I hope i never see you around Rexal, douche bag.
