I agree. When I look at their lines I see 4 solid lines and they do have that deadly player in Gaborik. Hopefully they show up ready to play a hard game and limit the good shots Cory see's and get our feet moving quick in the game.

I am in favor of JJ playing of Teds but this is Deboer's take on it

Mattias Tedenby remains in the lineup, but must improve.

"I like some of the things he's given us," DeBoer said. "He gives us some speed. He gives us some energy. Defensively, and this is a common theme we've had, you have to be able to trust him defensively. I'm not a big stats guy. He's minus-3 in two games, a little bit of bad luck, but young guys coming into the lineup you have to be able to trust."

Tedenby is certainly not there yet.

That quote is so (frank)ed. Since we shutout the rangers last game, everyone was at least positive, which means Teddy's -3 came from the sens game and Marty was letting everything through him that game. The only other players with large minuses were Zajac(-4) and Ryder(-3) and if I remember correctly they all played together for most of the game. If you look at who scored for Ottawa it was their top two lines. So basically DeBoer put two of our worst defensive wingers with zajac and put them up against one of the more talented lines in the league and expected it to work. And after Marty let's in a few floaters its all teddy's fault
