He doesn't seem to inspire confidence when you listen to him. He's better suited as the HC in Rochester so he can teach and develop the young kids down there. He's no NHL coach. Darcy blew this one imo.

Its a dumb idea. If you really want to send a message, keep the arena empty. Don't go. Holding out for a few minutes just means your willing to take the abuse. You are still there, you are still buying the food and your still buying beer and soda.

18,000 fans staying home? now thats a strong message.

That's the worst thing about WGR...they never ask a followup question....I'm still waiting to hear why stafford or Ennis hasn't seen the pressbox when Grigo has based on "lack of effort."

Who knows. They are probably going to play Johnson instead of Rask. He hasn't played in a game yet this year. I'm not so sure there will be any fights. Thorton doesn't want to go with Scott again. See now this at least was a good blog, I don't see this team being better than any of those previous worst efforts, I reckon this could be the worst in Sabres history, they simply can't score goals, I mean we can expect improvement, but not that much, teams will wax and wain during the season, think Buffalo should hold course and no matter what happens, Regier should be let go at season end. This will give a new G.M/Coach their new direction.
