They need to learn to ask open ended questions, not these yes/no questions. It makes for a very bad interview, and let's the interviewee control the conversation.

When I like Girgensons or Flynn's game better than Stafford, Ennis or Vaneks, we have a MAJOR problem. The Veterans are collecting paychecks, that's about it.

I agree. Call me crazy, but if the sabres got rid of Vanek and Miller now, and resigned Ott, this team would be better. Miller has been playing great, but they are both distractions. This team needs new leaders, and with those 2 still there, it will never happen.

If i were sabres brass, I would not let Darcy trade him. He just needs to get his head straight. If they trade him, it would be a major letdown IMO
