Maple Leafs should be able to make some noise if they keep up their play. Looks like a really solid team, Burke's moves finally paying dividends too bad he isnt there to see it.

It absolutely is -- there's time to turn it around, and I THINK, repeat THINK, they can.

I really don't want to waste this season. I don't want this team to waste this season, not see the kind of progress they need to see in the young players, not win games.

I want them to make the playoffs. I REALLY want them to make the playoffs.

Ha! Yeah -- I never love paying for it, but I have for a long time now. I'm watching Edmonton-Montreal from TSN, too -- lot of speed on display in that one, though the Oilers aren't very good.

Can't wait to see the new and improved product Thursday night.

There's no sound argument that this team doesnt need more skill up front and on the blueline. Streit and Gus are nice but I miss having a rocket from the point. As for the forwards they need some more skill at the wing. Carrying Hartnell and Simmonds on the top six really asks the other 4 guys to go above and beyond as playmakers.
