You have a point, it's not like they're tight against the cap. Ok you changed my mind.

But i would still like something to happen to Kerr.

Again, no love for Joey Mac..

Not really sure what he has to do to get some respect, he is like the Dangerfield of tending.

Whatcha talkin bout Willis?

I am the one saying Mac should be getting the starts as he has played better out of the two right now.

Like Mac, Ramo should get to play until he loses.

When Kerr was doing radio with loserberg and fatso i thought he was the best of the 3. Now that he's calling the games i want to shoot him.

So why was he playing LA after getting thumped in SJ?

Cause the team hung him out to dry that whole SJ game. Although he let in a bunch, he made some unreal saves as well.

Love Joey Mac, but I think Ramo is the better goalie, that's why.

I've always hated Kerr, but you're right, he is somehow WAY worse on TV. Not sure how that is possible.

Now we have Loubardious on the radio too!! What's a guy gotta do to get some decent TV/Radio coverage these days? (although Maher is the man and I don't mind Steinberg)

At least they got Loubardius off the TV. That (frank)ing guy made my ears bleed.

Next year it's gonna be O-G and Whip!!!

Might be a few F bombs, maybe we should only do the late games?

Monahan should only stay if they believe they have a real chance to make the playoffs this year. No sense burning a year off of is ELC if they don't. He's obviously playing well enough to stay, but that's not looking at the big picture.

Pittsburgh is keeping Maatta but I guarantee they wouldn't be if they didn't think they had a shot at winning this year.

Monahan has been fantastic but in Calgary's situation I don't think the decision is as easy as it seems on the surface. I hope he does stay though because he's fun to watch and hopefully if he scores a couple more really nice goals Rob Kerr will have a stroke.

By that logic he's already gone because I'm sorry as much as we are enjoying this start, there are allot of games left and I don't think we'll be at the dance in the end. My take... is sending him down (to the OHL) going to enhance his ability to play in the NHL. The Flames are good in both cap and contract space. Even if he is traded to a better team in the O, he's still lowering his level of play do to the competition. You play to the level you play against. If he had shown gaping holes in his game or his ability to compete, its a no brainer but he's repeatedly shown his ability to learn, adapt and more importantly compete at the NHL level.

Ya I have that feeling too... though the praise he's getting from Hartly and the minutes (including key minutes) is encouraging...

He's being coddled with assignments. He's playing a wing position on d because its easier for him and his line mates have to adjust. I think you're correct. They may send him down to work on his center position play. I think he should stay up though.

That leaves you more time to drink before the broadcast so it might be a problem. Although drunk OG and Whip would be a million times better than sober Kerr.

I would fork over some cash if between periods i could watch someone blast pucks at Steinberg with no equipment on. Maybe you could work that in?

What? I think its smart of them to play him the way they are. If they forced him into the tough situations it could hinder his confidence.

Hudler's handling the d-zone play without an issue right now, but I'm sure they'll transition Sean into the complete center role as the season moves on. Either way, I'd rather have him working on it under Hartley and Gelinas rather than back in Ottawa.
