I know you know this but I just want to state that Darcy has not made a blockbuster trade..ever. Drury was a 2nd line center on the outs in Calgary. After that...crickets

Edit: Larry Quinn had to tell Darcy to make this trade.

Yes Darcy has made some trades........but when was the last time he had the balls to make a REAL trade in the 16 year of being here. Anyone? Anyone?

that trade was suppose to bring us the future of the sabres

the result was the greatest goalie ever leaving buffalo and a lot of women in Buffalo getting pissed on by tinkle boy

Philly is a dumb organization that made the wrong moves and destroyed a cup competing team.

That has nothing to do with the Sabres situation, in fact i would say it is the complete opposite of this situation.

I agree but this team went far too long with 1 top line forward (Vanek) and the rest were 2nd/3rd liners in the hope of winning. Roy, Poms, Connelly weren't going to get the team anywhere.

true, but it would sure spice things up around here

everyone talks about these trade scenarios that never happen (because most of them are BS rumors, but are fun to talk about). It would be really cool if one day one of the rumors or "pipe dreams" actually came true

I want a legit superstar on this team, I am sick of Miller and Vanek being our "Stars"
