They're popes.

You know they'd never elect a red, or green, or orange pope. Only black popes.

Damn racist pope electors.

No. My wife is an addict.

I'm good with numbers she's good with words. At least until she has to use them in sentences to make a logical argument.

Addition by subtraction.

OUT: Handzus, Clowe, Douglas Murray, Scott Gomez

They got younger and faster.

Is Tye McGinn considered a rookie this year? He's on a goal per game basis. Seems like he's got the Calder locked up.

We do exactly the same.

Except we get older and slower.

They have gotten a whopping 2 years (average) older since the Cup run. Damn dinosaurs.

Fun fact: with the current top 6 (Timmo, Streit, Gross, Coby, Goose, LS), our average age on defense is 29.33 years old. That means the Flyers have the 9th oldest defense in the league, meaning we're slightly older than average but still middle of the pack. I do agree we need to get younger, though.

I agree with this. You can really see the speed differential. Flyers are a very slow footed team, especially on the back end.

Fun question.

What's the average age of our #1 d-man and our last years #1 d-man acquisition?
