That's the thing, I know this show's supposed to be all about celebrities making fun of their public personae, but I don't know who any of these vedettes are.

I did see the Alex Perron one. That's the episode where his BF dumped him, and JF Messier's all excited because he's banging some 21 year-old babe who turns out to be a hooker?

Mine is closed as well. Probably why I found it funny.

I decided to get a new (local) family physician a couple months ago because I hadn't gotten around to it after I moved and I just needed to get refill prescriptions for my insulin.

That (frank)ing epiphany has now seen me pay visits to two different doctors, a sleep clinic, acquire a CPAP machine as a result of (and I quote) "REALLY bad sleep apnea" according to the doc/sleep specialist, begin cholesterol medication, and I'm in the process of scheduling a visit with a (frank)ing dietician.

I'm half expecting that I'm going to be required to donate bone marrow and sign up for experimental anal probing.

I'm still not sure what you are talking about...are you suggesting that this running of the medical gauntlet is a first-step to something? Something better? Or worse?

This all started because I needed some (frank)ing insulin. Next thing I know I'm seeing various doctors and clinics and reps from home oxygen companies 2-3x/week. This was NOT what I expected when I realized I was out of refills on my insulin.

Sometimes, yeah. It's really quite nice. I use vaporizer, which I've deluded myself into believing is somehow less detrimental.

Most of the time, I run clean. But as Howard notes, it can get a little monotonous. Does it make it harder? Yes and no. I find it really opens up my capillaries, which facilitates deeper breathing, but the added strain on my relaxed muscles is undeniable.

It's got ups and downs. I liked some episodes so far, but a few of them sucked. Surprisingly, the one with Michel Courtemanche was the worst. Probably because Marie-Lise Pilote was the main character in it (never understood how she made a career, she's not funny at all).

The best episode I saw was the one with Alex Kovalev

Sometimes it's an acquired taste. I've been running for a year and a half now. Hated it at first, love it now.

Most mornings for 32 minutes on the tread mill, just got done.
