Sometimes, yeah. It's really quite nice. I use vaporizer, which I've deluded myself into believing is somehow less detrimental.
Most of the time, I run clean. But as Howard notes, it can get a little monotonous. Does it make it harder? Yes and no. I find it really opens up my capillaries, which facilitates deeper breathing, but the added strain on my relaxed muscles is undeniable. - oniremosewa
I used to go to the gym and hit the elliptical and run for about 45-50 minutes at a higher resistance level and ran around 5k-7k (or is it miles? dumb machines dont display units) - around 500-800 calories depending on the intensity
I used it for stress relief from work but I took a break from cardio this summer. Been smoking a lot lately. I dropped the cigarettes (which I was smoking at work because of stress) and found my performance improved.
Yesterday was my first cardio workout in months and I did quite well. Bout 40 mins...
I know the elliptical is not the same as running but its easier on my knees... |

Oh, from an economical perspective, it's no contest. You definitely get more out of less. And you can smoke in public! I bring mine to the Bell Centre all the time. Including tonight!
I use an Whispr, by Ionlite. I love it. It's quiet, looks like a juice box, and at $200 all taxes in, isn't exorbitantly expensive. They even include a giant can of butane that still hasn't run out a year later, plus replacement parts. - oniremosewa
Thank you, I will look into that ! |

When I started out, I just ran a couple of miles to get into the discipline. Like, literally 2-2.5 miles. Now I run 10k, four days per week.
I got into it because I was 32 at the time and recognized that my window to get into decent shape is closing. With all the pot I smoke, the choice was either accept middle-aged fatness, or (frank)ing do something about it. Since I'm irredeemably vain, I chose the latter. And frankly, running makes me less reactive and moody. - oniremosewa

Good for you for quitting!
Stress relief is huge. I leave extra running gear to my office and go for runs after eaxasperating meetings. Which are basically every day. |

Guys on the radio said it was pretty good. My GF said it sucked.

If your GF's tastes are anything like my wife's, I'll go with the guys on the radio.
I've actually seen 3 episodes and like it quite a bit. |

I tried.
Didn't like it.
But maybe it's because of who the guest was that time. Alex Perron was in it so... meh. |

Mine is closed as well. Probably why I found it funny.
I decided to get a new (local) family physician a couple months ago because I hadn't gotten around to it after I moved and I just needed to get refill prescriptions for my insulin.
That (frank)ing epiphany has now seen me pay visits to two different doctors, a sleep clinic, acquire a CPAP machine as a result of (and I quote) "REALLY bad sleep apnea" according to the doc/sleep specialist, begin cholesterol medication, and I'm in the process of scheduling a visit with a (frank)ing dietician.
I'm half expecting that I'm going to be required to donate bone marrow and sign up for experimental anal probing.

That's the thing, I know this show's supposed to be all about celebrities making fun of their public personae, but I don't know who any of these vedettes are.
I did see the Alex Perron one. That's the episode where his BF dumped him, and JF Messier's all excited because he's banging some 21 year-old babe who turns out to be a hooker? |
