Moen doesn't deserve any more ice time. Lucky for him, he'll get it by default. I was just as harsh vs. Desharnais in the off-season, but at the least the latter has shown some signs of life over the last 2-3 games. My lineup for Tuesday would be:

Galchenyuk-Eller-Gallagher
Bourque-Desharnais-Bournival
Moen-Plekanec-Gionta
White-Holland-Blunden

Does Holland get sent back first when Parros is ready?

So to prevent Moen from getting more ice time.

You'll give more to Desharnais and less to Plekanec?

Brillant.

Plekanec is playing with Moen in that lineup.

Did you miss the part where I said "Luckily for him, he'll get it by default."
Plekanec has to be on his line. If he plays with Desharnais, then it'll be a missed-stick-check festival in the Habs defensive zone.

To be honest, on a healthy team, I'd be expecting Moen to be in the press box on Tuesday.

id switch DD and Plekanec. that way you're giving Pleks 2 wingers who can skate and you can at least have a prayer for some secondary scoring. with the way you have it, i think there's no chance of that.

No need, Bounival, Blunden and Holland will take over for Pacs, Briere and Prust. DD will remain useless.

I really don't care who gets more ice time between Desharnais' line or Plekanec.
They both have pretty much been average... very average.

Playing with Moen with Desharnais is basically asking for a line to finish -5 on the night though.

Plus I thought the line Bourque-Desharnais-Bournival line looked decent on Saturday.

DD has not been average. That says that there have been as many good games/shifts as bad games/shifts. Is that really what you've seen?

oh come on, when comparing the two of them there is no aspect of the game that dd has been better then Pekanec in.

it is like comparing two rotten fruits, and dd is by far the most rotten.

This (frank)ing team. Why is it that when there is something going well (like Price, Subban and a few others) all the rest goes down the (frank)ing poopter?

And by the time the rest of the team catches up the few playingwell, will be worn down (too many games against the leafs) discouraged from losing when playing well and have given up.
