I agree, I actually like Gudas. I like a little crazy haha but, much like lucic, he's gonna find himself delivering some questionable hits just cus of how he plays. As long as he stays honest and doesn't pull some Patrick kaleta act I'm all for it. Bolts are only gonna get better and now that their in the B's division it could make for a good rivalry down the road - Shaundre93
i always like when fans are heated at first communications but as they talk about stuff theres always a common ground found to agree upon,
gudas will be a good guy when he starts playng disciplined hockey where he maintains his position, and whats everyones problem with lucic? i like him a lot, did he do something maybe i never heard of? |

I believe it is. I didn't watch Iggy a ton before but what I heard is he loves to shoot, hit and isn't afraid to drop em, and that's what I've seen. Those last couple punches were questionable, but I'm convinced there was more there than just a hockey fight, I think iggy really hates gudas - Shaundre93
Those first reason is why I loved him, but he get hit legit and hard he cries foul and fights! Man up you wussy and take it like a (frank)ing man. |

I agree. Go back to Bishop. Give him the opportunity to get back on track. If he has another weak outing, then go to Lindback. That'd be my play. |

For the record, nothing irks me more than seeing a player have to fight after making a clean hit (See: Gudas, Radko in Game 1). If Iginla doesn't like it, too bad. Don't put yourself in a position to get hit like that. |

Haha, absolutely! I just didn't like iggy gettin picked on as a bruins fan, I've all but given up trying to explain to other fans why lucic is an awesome player and not a dirty player and all that cus they just refuse to believe it, but I'm glad you can see him for the player he is |

Yeah, idk what's up with Boston fans in Florida. Its every sport not just hockey. And its only Florida, no where else really. - Shaundre93
yeah I think its because more people from Boston probably live in Florida than anywhere else besides Boston, just like every other city up north. plus the rays/red sox is a pretty big rivalry and I feel like the bruins and lightning have a pretty decent one right now but the better WE get, the better the rivalry will get. |

Lucic is a physical power forward and no "cheap shot artist". Cooke, hate him all you want for his un-glorious past, his not even in the top-10 "cheap shot artists" anymore.

I didn't like Downies cheap sh*t when he was here and I wouldn't like the Neanderthal Man Lucic if he was here either. Another one of those power forwards that love to run players but hates to be hit. Good scorer but if you want to throw them then don't see red when you get hit. Him and the Rat Marchand "I'll slash your hands off" good but dirty. |

So we had a wake up call now fix the problem. We didn't or couldn't check anyone because they brought speed. Something we had been doing. Too much gap room and on their heels all night. Well we fixed the PK the last two games now tighten up the time and space. |

Agreed I don't think the Hawks want to see Bishop again so soon after stealing one from them two weeks ago. |

Loved that battle in the crease between Bugsy and Chara on the PP. That is old time hockey. |

And where did you come from? A Montreal fan with a positive comment for a Bruin? Wait your turn. |

poop happens. We all knew that there would be growing pains and this is just the begining of this season. Overall we still have ALOT to be hopeful for and this game is a teaching tool. If we were losing EVERY game like this then I say that we are (frank)ED, but this is one game and it is Boston, who, as much as it (frank)ing pains me to say is a very good team (I now need to clean my keyboard with bleach for typing that ). I still believe Bishop is our go to guy and Lindback will get his chances. |

If we go back to bishop Thursday he knows we still have confidence in him and it could be a huge factor in bouncing back from 1 bad game

The entire team had a bad game Saturday so why is Bishop being thrown under the bus? Besides, Lindback wasn't any better once he got in. Bishop should be the starter on Thurs. without a doubt IMO and I don't blame him any more than anyone else for Saturday as every player in the room needs to look in the mirror after that disastrous showing |

(frank) Lucic. Watch this replay and tell me he is a "clean" player. He's as clean as the dirty TP he just wiped his ass with. You cross check someone in the head and you are clearly trying to injure, especially when you are the third man in

Agree completely, I was surprised to see questions directed at Bishop based on Saturday when it was the entire team who left him out to dry. |

thats what i said you female dog!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
but what about lindback? he is sitting there getting discouraged as (frank) lol, i know what ur gonna say....boohoo ben is on fire, but after that performance im not sure who to start
lindback got thrown under the bus too the 2 games hes played in...it was also the team infront who let him down...
the team has played well infront of bishop almost every game he started except chicago game and last game...
chicago game he stood on his head, but other than that in the game the team fell apart he was bad too...
so lets look at the same question towards lindback, even when the team in front of him is bad, people still take 1 second to make up their mind to get him the ef out of there, but ben has a bad game due to the team infront and everyone is so quick to give him a 2nd start in a row, if it was lindback allowing 5 goals last game you would be calling in bishop ASAP..
i worded it horribly but what im saying is take the same situation and apply it to lindback and everyone would be calling bens name to start next game because of how horrible lindback was regardless of the teams performance as weve seen in the past where lindback has stopped like 15 shots in 1 period allowing 0 goals(few times last year, and this preseason) but then cracks eventually and allows a few and everyonre hates him lol
a goalie isnt going to save every single shot when you get outshot by a ratio of (frank)ing 3:1 |
