I don't get it. You pull the guy right off the ice and call in a U of T emergency back-up, then you put him out there the next day taking pucks again?

It may have well been a precaution, but I've never seen a guy down on the ice that long end up as just a "precautionary measure".

The best case scenario is that he tweaked a muscle in his neck, immediately realized it and stayed still to avoid aggravating it. Even then, I can't see how he wouldn't miss a week or two.
