Yea another thing I didn't think about was other then the guys I just mentioned everyone is recently signed to a couple years. It would be nice to have that player like McDavid that you know no matter who else is in you're line up or how anyone else on you're team is playing he gives you a chance every game.

Yeah, I've been thinking ever since I heard about this kid a year to two ago how can we stock up on first rounders? Zajac and Henrique would have to be involved because they may have the most value for two first along with a another player or pick. I wouldn't give up on Larrson or the few prospect we do have. Plus, I wouldn't mind if Henrique was traded at the draft and we got Mcdavid. Zajac however would have to be replaced by JJ or free agency, Pete won't play JJ so...

Or we could always trade Henrique next year at the draft plus whatever that team is looking for depending on what it is.

I't to big of a Henrique fan I think he has 5 pts this season he if was playing # 1 center every game. I do admitt he need to step up this season now that he has been paid but I don't think it's at the extent of Zajac yet. I also think if one of the two Adams has to be moved I would rather it be Larsson but that is only if it needs to be done. I don't question Henriques confidence like I do Larssons. I just think Henrique had more to show last season and the thumb injury to start the year didn't help his slow start. I give him 2 more years or at least 1 and half before I start talking Henrique trade unless it's for an Evander Kane type player coming back ( we add to the deal )

If the Oil have a drastic turn around they would love to add a great depth guy like Zubrus. From a team like Edmonton I think Zubrus fetches more then he should nothing crazy but enough to shock you.

We saw in the preseason what he could, but PDB has his head up his @ss and won't do what's best for the team's future, even if we didn't make the playoffs this year is Larrson was given minutes and was allowed to play his game without any benching or healthy scratch.

I mean if it was A guaranteed swap Henrique for McDavid and he does turn out to be as dominate as Crosby then yes but I am not really on board for moving either Adam unless the return is just to great to pass up. I don't know if either can be moved without setting us back unless you are getting McDavid for sure and still you gotta think at the most he would only put up 60pts if everything went perfect but you end up with a 100 point player in 2-3 years is so tough especially since we all want a Crosby.

The season still could be salvaged we aren't even 10 games in. It is exciting to talk about what we are but it's not realistic and I get the feeling Lou isn't the rebuild type and if Schneider does resign with us he will make it hard to get into the top 3 picks and keep us more in the 4-8 range. I think I would rather us win then Lose and get McDavid But I would love him just like last year I was dreaming in hoping we would move up to take Drouin.
