Some of those goals were very deflating. If that game is 0-0 or even only 1-0, imagine how much more pressure the devils would have applied? They showed great effort. The wins will come.

the only time i wanna see brodeur over schneider is when they play the puck, right now thats the only part of brodeur that is working, and schneiders puck playing skills are not very good, im confident with the puck on brodeurs stick and when it goes behind the net but when schneider goes for the puck it just looks awkward

i said prior to the season starting that if your coach is serious about winning, he won't care about stroking marty's ego and he should play schneider 60+ games this season. a lot of people agreed. as fans of a struggling team, sucks to see your coach not playing the guy who deserves to play just because he doesn't want marty to catch feelings.

Kind of figured this...I understand the thought behind it. Not sure I agree with it, but hopefully he does bounce back need to right the damn ship. The only good thing from last night is that in the 3rd the team finally showed some heart. They need to bring that effort and urgency level from puck drop on Saturday to have a chance. And well for Marty to not suck donkey Richard. Last night really could of been the worst game of his career.

This has to be the most infuriating thing about this losing streak. They think they are playing good...bumholes can talk about winning all they want but until we see some actual hard work for 60 mins it will not happen. Regardless if Marty lets in 3 softies in a game.

Pete absolutely deserves a good portion of the blame. His team identity is well we played good enough of to win that's all that matters. It's like they accept losing. I am strongly convinced this team is out of shape. They all stand around so much it's ridiculous no wonder we never score or win battles anywhere on the ice. I'm not just talking about the old guys either it's everyone. Henrique looks out of shape. Other teams are faster and in better conditioning then us. It's the first thing i notice watching other games is how almost no one stands still then you watch us they are motionless half the time.

The sad thing is the heat people took for saying Marty should be traded. It is sad that they want assets to diminish and not get anything for them. I guess most of you are ok with not getting the most out of our investments. If I am Lou and someone wants Marty I am absolutely listening. What more can he do for us and if a team is willing to give a valuable asset for him then don't be stupid its this type of loyalty that is killing this franchise. I don't give him away for free but he is of no use to us anymore. I am sick of not getting anything for these players, Parise, Clarkson, we can sure as poop put Marty on that list. It's bad business and it is exactly why we are where we are. To much loyalty in every single way. Loyalty to guys needing to be resigned who bolt, Loyalty to old players who play like poop on a regular basis. The only loyalty not going on is the loyalty to the future of this franchise and its fans.
