Even during the run he was making garbage calls. I was ragging on Cappy all season last year. I really can't stand this guy.
Snow jumped too quickly on Strait with that contract. Garth went into this season with too high of expectations for our D. Giving Amac an A, having Hickey/Carkner/Strait as regulars is sad. I loved, and still do love the Hamonic signing even though he hasn't had the best start to the season. Bring Donovan back, how else is the kid going to learn. His AHL numbers speak for themself, the kid deserves a full season in the NHL.
Why Boulton was in the lineup tonight is still mind boggling. Waste of space, how Nelson was benched is unacceptable.
I know it's so early in the season but this is a horrible game to lose.

I think Garth went into the season plain high. Cappy as well. Just think, Donovan is not good enough to play over these Dmen. The Same for Nelson not being good enough to play over some of these forwards.

I have been saying all summer...call Toronto see what they want for Cody Franson. He's big (6'5"), plays good defense (+4 last year), 124 hits in 48 games and can QB the PP...he's seems to be banged up now but he would be a perfect fit...also what's the sense of drafting defensemen in the first round...they don't play them anyway...ask Reinhart...he might be their best defenseman right now...
