Only his own ego gets in his way. Possibly the greatest game planner the league has ever seen. That was the beauty of today's game, Payton also has great game plans.

Marino had Schula, but Don could not change with the times at his age. Had he been a younger man we might have seen the things we see in the league today. Best pure passer in history.

In terms of talent Marino and Elway are the 2 greatest of all time. I think Luck will beat them all when its all said and done.

As much as I dislike him I'd put Steve Young in there.

ALl im saying is that is the by product of what the teams decided to do. The colts decided to use their early picks on Offensive players to help run a more wide open offense. Pats decided to play ball control and win with d. DOesnt take away from Brady.

Peyton has had far more superior weapons than brady. Thats a fact and cant be debated.

YOu like your guy. I like my guy. Peyton wont be winning this year at all and neither will brady. once it gets cold and under pressure peyton much like romo will choke. He does it all the time Evidenced by his 9 - 10 record. Also the superbowl is in NY this year. Good luck to peyton in trying to play in - 20 weather.

- Bluechip23

Like hee choked last yr with his 40 pt performance in a loss

Your argument suggests every team has equal talent. That every team goes bang on with their picks. Colts were a joke who had Manning and Wayne. BIll has been great in the draft.

Dispite his far superior teams Brady isn't close to manning

Manning is better then both of those guys. But I agree on luck.

Ii remember last yr we discussed luck and RG3. Can't believe how many were on the RG3 bandwagon. Guy is same as Vick and Newton. Talented as the come but to stupid to adjust

All im saying just cause peyton has better regular season stats doesnt make him the greatest. He chokes under pressure always has. Go back to his college and HS days and then in the NFL as well.

Peyton has had much greater offensive weapons than brady has had. Its not even debatebale. Harrison and Wayne are both HOF. Edge was a multiple probowl guy. He won rookie of the year and was a beast. Brady never had those weapons till Moss and welker era.

Brady made those teams far superior. Manning never could get the job done in the playoffs.

Look at the QB's of the NFL right now. Id take Luck and russell wilson over a lot of qbs that have better stats (ryan, Romo, Stafford) Those 3 in stats will kill luck and wilson.
Seattle and Indy run power run 1st type offenses vs the throw all the time offenses of ATL, DAL, and Det.

I hate him but Elway is the best ever QB. No doubt about that. Marino is the best pure passer, no doubt about that either. The guy threw for 5000 yds in 1984.

Manning may have better stats but that is just a product of the way the game is these days.

Yup we can agree here. But Rg3 is going to be better than cam and Vick. But he wont be close to Luck.

Luck is a 4.63 guy so super athletic. Has a 36 inch vert or something. Plus has a photographic memory.

They are the two obvious ones
- VANTEL

I think they would also get us some good talent to rebuild with.

I'm gonna run this one by you to get your thoughts on the possibility:

to FLA: Edler + Kesler
to VAN: Barkov (or Huberdeau) + Fleishmann

Romo is top 10 talent but dumb as a post, same for Vick, Newton and RG3. Stafford is all or nothing, not a fan. I'll take Matt Ice over Russel Wilson.

Why would florida even consider that. Barkov is gonna be a superstar in this league. I loved that pick by florida to go him over druin.

Tannenhill will be better than RG3. He really just need more experience. Also, a semblance of an O-line would help. The Fins are averaging 6 sacks against / game. I'll put 1.5 game on the QB holding the ball too long but that unit needs to get better. He still does not have an elite WR. Wallace drops a lot of balls.

I don't think RG3 will be any better. Vick and Newton were amazing in their rookie yrs. Newton broke a bunch of records.

Fins need a running game. She's blitz all night and guard against the screen.

I think Matt Bradley is gonna be good.

Sam Bradford will put up some numbers now that they are getting him some weapons as well

I disagree. Gill is has to leave something in the cupboard. Nothing in the cupboard and a bad season and he's pooched. Whether its his decision or not then are trying to move to younger. Torts isn't refined enough to say that if it isn't true

To get better, quicker to actually have a team that might interest an otherwise uninterested fan base. Huberdeau was the other idea, essentially to get us a future #1C.

Just tying to get a gauge of the thoughts of what those 2 could net us.

Not even close if RG3 regains his speed. Even at his current speed, I'll take RG3 over Tannehill.

I'm hoping he gets hurt to and Bradley gets some reps. Both of them suck. Foles beat the juggernault known as the bucs. Whoopty doo

Up 8-5 against Fsco and I had one day where I left everyone on the bench. Be afraid, be very afraid.

Wow.

So beating a mediocre/average team with very solid numbers is suddenly a bad thing for a young QB? Okay then.
