Great run by Big Ben! - Orpik44
Don't look now but we might actually win today.
I'm not surprised because of our record against rookie QBs.
As long as we don't go 0-16 I feel a little better. I really think this years draft could be a big boost for this team. I don't see them winning more than a few games. A top 10 pick seems imminent. Possibly top 5. Trust me when I say that teams like the Steelers and Giants drafting high scares every other NFL team to death. |

Why? Do we have a good track on high picks?
This game is done. 19-6 |

Steelers are not a good team but Ben is a great QB. In this league the QB trumps all. Ben will keep them afloat longer than they should be.
Big Ben on the Bills and they are a playoff team. |

I thought the offensive line played much, much better. That was encouraging! |

I would begin with the Steelers passing on Sean Lee a few years ago for Jason Wordlis. |

I thought so too.
Do we have any chance against the Dirty Birds next game? |

All the division games are possible toss ups. That's always the case with Baltimore.
You just never know. Flacco has looked like every bit of the dud he is.
In reference to some drafts, yes there's been some problems. Doesn't mean that value hasn't been found. Consider the fact that picking in the top 10 doesn't happen often for this team. That's a good thing. With that opportunity it's dangerous. |

What about him? The best in the business alongside Peyton Manning
Edit: I really like Aaron Rodgers as well. |

Tom Brady > - Ryan_Wilson
He got lucky today I watched the whole game and his WRs didn't help with drops but he had a lot of missed passes. He had a gimme TD to amendola he missed and under threw Edelman on that last drive which would have been a TD. Those are 2 that stand out but the Brady of old wasn't missing anything he could hit a WR with a blindfold on. |

The baseball one was a miracle. Th football one was a clear case of game mismanagement by New Orleans.
So many coaches fail to grasp that football is a game of points, not field position. It was laughable to see how many high profile football media members questioning why the Patriots went for it on 4th down in their territory.
They went for it because they played to win and there is far less risk in failing on 4th down than what the perception currently is. |

And in this wide open offense era of the NFL, field position is easily changed. It's pretty easy for a good QB and offense to move between the 20's, so chances are that if the Pats punted, the Saints would get a field goal anyway and would have killed the clock. |

Marvin Lewis keeps his team from being better every single week with his choices. |

The Steelers will be a lot better off team leadership wise once Ryan Clark retires. Why Tomlin would take away lockerroom games, but allow this clown to do every national interview imaginable for ESPN, the king of the "please say something controversial" is unimaginable. |
