You'd never see young players get a shot to play. Kessel would still be around 17 ATOI.

Don't be fooled by the Preds ability to make the playoffs, they had 2 of the best d-men in the entire league playing close to 30 minutes a game for the last seven years. As well as Dan Hamhuis (currently the Nucks best d-man) and many others. He isn't an upgrade on Carlyle.
