Well Rinaldo tonight showed why he is an 8 min a game skater. He had multiple chances to clear the puck out before phx scored the goal. One minor that resulted in a goal another that almost resulted in our goalie getting decapitated.

Give that man more minutes!!

- Just5

You know what, Rinaldo had a bad game. Some bad undisciplined penalties. And a bad turnover that led to a goal. But how long has it been since it could be said that he had a bad game? I'd kind of look in another direction. How about someone like Giroux, Voracek, or Simmonds make a play and score a goal?

They are not playing as a team and have not really been put together as a team either, so not entirely surprising.

No we're slowly starting to see the warts. No more Pronger to mask these guys

The team just can't finish their chances. This whole roster is overrated
- Just5

This.

Giroux is making WAYYYYYY to much money to play like this. If he's not ready, sit him so he can rest up. If he's ready, and still playing like this, we're in trouble.

Agreed, fraude giroux must go. We need scorers, not point a game players.
- feelingkettle

He's a nice a player but he's not a guy like Crosby or Mallon who can go out there put his team on his back and win games...

Showing fire doesn't mean anything if you don't do the right things with it

Definately true.

At this point I'd even sacrifice a game or two, and have them get taken over by emotion just to get some poop flowing.

They are playing like drones out there. I have for years, (frank)ing years, said that this team plays better with emotion in their game, and playing on the edge.

I hope that Berube doesnt for a second think the reason they lost is because of Rinaldo and Meszaros. The rest of the crew was far worse.

Even with the Hartnell and Lecavalier injuries, they still aren't short a 3rd line winger!

I was thinking that until he shoved Bissonette into Mason for no reason

BINGO! Called that 2-1 loss. We do NOT beat back ups. I won't start on the trade talk but my new core is dwindling fast. Might be down to Schenn bro's, mason, rinald( I know bad game but all heart ) and Gus
- SMS4016

I don't see any players worthy of being part of the core thus far into the season.

I don;t blame Meszaros necessarily for taking the holding penalty, I blame him for running his (frank)ing yap all the way to the box and getting the extra two minutes.

They lost because of stupid plays. Christ, Rinaldo high sticked a guy after the (frank)ing whistle.

- Jsaquella

I'm off for the night Jsaq, but I think they lost because of one thing, and thats not stupidity.

They lost because of a lack of direction. This team has been a mess, with no stability from top to bottom for a long (frank)ing time. Time for change, at the top.

What's he really done in the last three seasons?... He's a point per game player whoop de (frank)ing doo
- JoeRussomanno

Because their are so many of those?
Also lets ignore the 93 point season, 3 in scoring in the league he had, 2 seasons ago.

It's a team sport... I doubt any coach thinks they lose a game due to an individual or two.

Know what tho... Lets look at the common denominator to the 40 years of no cups and nonsense in between ... Ed Snider... Lets face it homer's replacement is already lined up and part of the good old boy club...wash rinse repeat..

You think that's the problem, and why they aren't winning or scoring more goals? That they're short a 3rd line Winger? Maybe Gagne can come in and straighten all of this right out!
