We should write a strongly worded letter to the sabres about getting ice girls. I want something that looks decent on the ice. I feel that's a decent request right ??

I can guarantee that he'll not be very happy about this tomorrow. He ripped into them once already this year. My guess would be this will be worse.

No. That's a terrible idea. There's enough of a circus going on right now. We don't need to add scantily clad women to the mix. We're a hockey town. Let's not degrade ourselves.

Agreed, I was never much of a fan of ice girls or cheerleaders for NFL teams for that matter. Good thing both of my teams have neither (NY Giants)... too bad they both suck.

Can he make decisions like the one to sit Grigo? - ie sit Stafford, Ennis, McCormick, Grigo, Myers, Weber...guys like Catenacci and Zadorov and Armia will be highly motivated (once off injury). that might be the only motivator for of the vets

The max roster size helps dictate that. Can't call up Catenacci unless there's another injury so that they can put the injured player on IR. Once Zadorov or Armia are healthy they would need to waive some guys or they have to send them to the OHL/AHL.

I think a better promotion (for you young single folk....) would the ticket...3 beers and 2 hours open bar at Bottoms Up - all for 1 low price and sit all the young guys and ladies in the same section at the game...
