Good thing he's got the english community behind him in order for Price to keep his superstar status even with subpar performances year after year.

If your wife ever finds out about this, you may notice a shocking spike in the number of candles around your house.

I'm definitely not going to sit here to defend Price in last night's game. The slides all over the ice were a little ridiculous. By the same token, if we're expecting Waite to help the kid, I think we can't really expect it to happen over night, so patience might be in order in his case.

But how patient are we supposed to be with Desharnais-Brière-Pacioretty and their constant 15+ minutes of ice time?

How patient are we supposed to be with this team's disgusting lineup on the back-end, and Therrien's obsessive use of Bouillon? Now don't get me wrong, I've backed his use on PP2 as being the lesser evil, and I stand by that statement; but to have him on the ice, going glass and out 3 times in the last minute and a half last night was the most frustrated I've ever been at this coaching staff. Diaz and Markov needed to be out there and if one of them were to change, they needed to have a forward ready to go on the point. One-goal behind with a minute left, nobody cares that the team is PKing because it does not matter if Calgary scores. Stupid decision.

So I'm not defending Price as much as saying, there are way bigger problems with this team than Price right now. (#26, 61, 55, 51, 48, coaches, just to name a few)

That is assuming a line other then Ellers can produce tonight

and Dubnyk and the Oilers No hit hockey could be the trick that does it
