I heard instant rice. That is why they blow bubbles at weddings now.
- youarewrong

Huh, never thought of that. One of the weddings I went to this year (there've been a lot) had birdseed for throwing instead of rice.

I have a kindle that I haven't taken out of the box yet.

I have one that I've barely picked up in the few years since I got it for Christmas. I just prefer turning paper pages.

imo the base, no frills Kindle is the best one
- BulliesPhan87

I read books. Dont need to recharge a book, and books dont run out of memory space. And if I drop my book in water, I can dry it out.

You know if your Dad wins the lottery and retires and takes the lump sum without investing it, then he can get food stamps and welfare because he wont have any income.... Dont you love how the governement works?

I was jsut giving his Dad advise for when he wins the lottery.

I have also commented on Kindles, Wii's, Florida taxes, and Draft tickets. I cover it all.

I really don't think they're meant to replace all books forever. I like getting the news and whatnot on the Kindle.

Or rather, I did like it. Then I shattered the screen while moving, never bothered to replace it. I still recommend it if the price is right, though.

I have some advise for Dad. Move somewhere sunny and warm, don't worry about anything ever again.

Bill,

I thought Rosehill did not enter the box when he turned and went over to get in the mix? maybe I am missing the rule here, but if i rememebr the replay and the game correctly, he was at the penalty box, but turned and went over...is this a technicallity? Did he actually "leave" the box? just wondering when his action actually became a second penalty...I think we have seen guys drop the gloves on the way to the box in the past, but don't recall the ruling there either...

Thanks!

- JW98FlyerFan

Yes, he set foot in the box, but never sat down nor was the door closed. He turned around to sit down and then saw what was going on. He then hurriedly stepped back onto the ice and jumped into the fray.

And when you have a book people ask, "what are you reading" but when your on a kindle, people just assume your playing a game.

You're overvaluing his "strengths" imo. Being able to and willing to sacrifice your body to block a shot is admirable and a trait I want. It becomes an issue (to me) when it's your only line of defense. Courageous does not necessarily equal good.
- bradleyc4

He is also positionally sound, and makes a half-decent first pass. Add that to his size and generally clean physicality, and you have a guy who deserves his ice time and is an asset to the club as long as you don't over-extend his role.
