Je suis pas docteur, mais le fibrome aura pas le temps de "devenir" cancéreux si toutes les mesures nécessaires sont prises immédiatement.

Un peu ce qui est arrivé avec le chum de mon amie y'a un an. Y'est tombé sur la hanche, y'a eu mal, mais y'a rien dit. La contusion s'est infectée, pis l'infection est devenue cancéreuse (un an plus tard). Si y'avait consulté tout de suite, rien de tout ça serait arrivé. BTW y'est en rémission depuis deux semaines.

Mais bon, c'est sûrement rien de grave...

Removed that part, but it was taking for granted he did not drag this injury for a year and hide his fever/red hump for weeks before telling his parents.
