No I (frank)ed it up the first time, saying 32 or 37 saves a game means he is getting worked and doing well. I just meant the saves that should be made, are going in more consistently than they do for the top tenders in the league, at some point it is more than just consistently bad luck. Not giving up on the kid yet, but not as patient as I was a year or two ago.

I thought you said 32 of 37 though, and that's why I mentioned the whole .864 stuff.

You saw One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, right?

She sounds lovely. The name itself just screams personality and compassionate care

That just what we called her and she loved it

Not in recent memory as an adult where I would have understood it, like bits and pieces as a kid, I know it has Jack and I think Danny Devito in it.

wow. didn't see this comin. nice one oilers!!

im still a dubnyk defender, and 2 games is laughable to start saying he aint the guy. but there's not 1 oiler fan right now that feels comfortable with either of our guys between the pipes.

they need to be wayyyy better

Yes, greased pigs are hard to hold, but I think people are focusing on the wrong part of the sentence. Have you seen how big Dubnyk is? Have you seen how big a dishwasher is? Is it unrealistic to think that Dubnyk should be able to prevent any animal, greased or not, from running into a dishwasher?

Oh lordie...

Just admit you butchered a metaphor and move on.

Other than that, good blog!

Did the same. Got a text from a friend letting me know the end result. Came down and watched the condensed game in on my center ice.

I have not been worried about the team. This year is starting off the exact opposite as most years. Generally the team starts fairly healthy and has a big run to start the year, then gets the injuries and falls apart. This year they are getting the crap out of the way and starting off terrible, this to me bodes well for the rest of the year.

Just wanna see the silver lining.

You were criticizing Dubnyk before the season even began... I can't wait to throw this back in your face 20-30 games into the season
- laughs2907

There is zero chance of this. Dubnyk might be gone for good.

Fukin losers. It's not like they were getting outplayed. Kinda figured they'd come out for the third with a fire lit under their ass.

As for the goaltending it is what it is right now. One of these guys has to step up or MacT will try upgrade.

As for the rest of the game. Hall while he had a heck of a third is still making some brutal plays with the puck.

Perron, heck of a game all over the place.

RNH, thought he was the most consistent Oiler all night. 11-11 on the faceoff dot is also a good sign. As is the rest of the centers being above 50%.

4th line, played a simple yet effective game. Anytime a Brown can take off the other teams best d-man is a win for us.

Defense, I thought we were suppose to be focusing on puck movement, quick plays? You guys all need to learn to pass the puck better. Soft plays, poor timing, just awful last night.

Hemsky, sure looks like he is finally playing 100% healthy and giving a (frank)

I think Hall is developing nicely...... outside of that. The rest is questionable........

You guys have waited long enough. You should at elast have a playoff contender by now

- Sheppy99

I couldn't take reading your garbage anymore, the amount of stupid coming out of your mouth is ridiculous, you obviously have no (frank)ing clue about the Oilers, or about how a typical rebuild goes when you're starting out with nothing. We should have at least a playoff contender at the beginning of the 5th year? If we make the playoffs this year we do it 1 year faster than Pittsburgh who has arguably the 2 best players in the league. (frank) me people are stupid

Nice man. I had murse when I was a the u of a he was wicked dude. Then I had nurse krachet
- Yeti1181

During my recent stay, I had a murse. He was pretty cool. Whenever I had to scoot up in the bed, he would call it a stripper thrust; I knew exactly what he meant. I also had some pretty hot nurses. They part of the hospital I was in was really new with all up to date equipment so all the nurses were fairly young and training on all the new stuff. Worked out well for me, eye candy all day long.
