Morning fellas. Anyone watch the Oliers game last night?

I don't think i have ever seem a team as slow as the Devils. Other than Lokitinov??? and Brunner, they're painful to watch. Touching wood here (calm down lads ) but i think the Leafs make the playoffs by default at least. Panthers, Devils, Sabres, Flyers, Lightning, Jets, BLue Jackets are not as good as we are. (Neither are the Habs in my opinion, but i didn't want to start a poop show this early in the morning for poor Doz)

LOL the wife went to bed after the first ( she is a Devils Fan) She said to me " Its the oilers, we will win".
I woke up, checked the score and woke her up laughing at her team.

By the way I appreciate the none bias appeciation. From a Leafs fan, I just about had a stroke. Not to mention that someone in the leafs thread attcked me for giving Lack high praise.

But lets let that issue die.

I like to think that when I hit the Leafs thread I am mostly respectful and understanding. So you are welcome here anytime my friend.

I only realised half way through rightly this. poop, we may struggle to make the playoffs now. I need to find another team we are better than. Do they still have a team in Atlanta?

Sweet. Yeah, the Falcons looked pretty poor last night. Obviously missing SJax and Roddy White (don't know if he's not playing or just running decoy routes), but still. How the Jets have won any games is beyond me. Geno looked good in the last drive though.

I think if you look at the immediate return then the Leafs are winning the trade. But by the time their careers are both done it will be seen as a fair deal, both teams got what they wanted.

No you're underrating them. They do have great depth. Sure, they're missing that top offensive star, but they can roll 4 lines. Their top 3 on D is probably the best in the entire NHl and nice depth beyond that.
