Yes clarkson is probably overpaid, but who gives a (frank)? Hes a quality player and a fan favorite. Id take clarksons 5.25 over bozaks 4.25 which is only 1M difference not a HUGE deal. No one would care about clarksons salary if we had capspace, so if we didnt sign bozak wed have 4.2 more capspace. If we complianced liles and bought out komi. Wed have even more capspace

I hope that's the case. But with our cap space, I don't see us affording a top guy and I definitely don't want to over pay for an average guy either.
