He is doing his job. This isn't day care. We've been a much much much better team since Carlyle got settled into his job. Whatever he's doing, I hope he keeps it up, because it's working.

What he thinks, according to what he says, is that both have to earn the right to get the majority of the teams starts. Or at least consistent consecutive starts. Which is the most logical way to approach this. And so far, I'd say it's working.
