in a skills competition grabo wins. In actual hockey, you know what the leafs are involved in, bozak is better. Don't understand how this is a hard concept.

I think everyone likes Bozak as a player just not 1C. I personally would love him at 2C maybe even 3. But plain and simple, Kessel carries the load and Bozak is not a legit 1C. We won't win a cup with him slotted in at 1. I think that's what people are trying to say. GO LEAFS GO!

But Kessel has packaged with him... from what I gather it is a foregone conclusion that Kessel will only play where Bozak is.

Well, imagine a Leafs team with Grabovski and without Bozak.
Now also imagine that team without Kessel either.....

I'll take Bozak and Kessel over Grabovski and no Bozak/Kessel.

Not saying it would come down to this but it was definitely possible and I am happier knowing Kessel is locked up for 8yrs with Bozak rather then the unknown with Grabovski.

Truthfully he played well on Saturday. Moved the puck, took the body. and he is better than Brookbanks. He will play Quite a bit here if he does that. It give Rozival rest. We need Drago for the playoffs.

I don't think any reasonable person in this world would prefer Grabovski at 5.5mill cap hit + 6.25mill cap space over Bozak / Kessel @12.2mill cap hit.

Quite a bit unfortunately. He had back surgery a couple of seasons ago. It flares up from time to time. Also has had concussion issues. From what I have seen, he looks healthy. He is moving like he did in 2010.

I think Bozak is alot like Gunner, in that they do so many little things that arent flashy, which doesnt get easily noticed. Might be construed as boring players, but when players dont get noticed, it usually means they are doing their jobs correctly. I think Bozak is a very steady forward, in that we always know what to expect from him. He plays the same game everyday and plays responsibly in his role. He never gets moved up and down the lineup for poor play, ala Kadri. Which probably means he is doing his job. Hes also a pick pocket magician and a shootout guru!

I'd love bozak as a 3C. Hopefully Bozak is just keeping the 1C spot warm until Kadri proves he deserves it.

Bolland (surprisingly)is looking pretty impressive for the 2C role.

Do you disagree? Has Bozak ever been shuffled down the lineup for poor or inconsistent play? Kadri and Grabbo sure were and RC isnt afraid to move anyone not pulling their weight.
