On Mason Raymond, maybe he enjoys the protection that the Leafs can offer him. In Canuckland, they had no enforcers, for the skill players and Raymond may no feel more comfortable, playing behind the likes of JVR, Kessel, Lupul and Clarkson.

The Flyers look brutal, to start the year. Their defense is porous and they seem goal challenged, on offense. Whoever predicted this team, to be a playoff contender, must have been smoking catnip, or something more potent.......say oregano. From what I've been able to see, the Northeast(I hate the name Atlantic, almost as much as Metro), seems to be the toughest division in the NHL.

Why? It's just tracking shot differential. More shots is good, means you have the puck more. Leafs ended up having the puck more overall, and won a hockey game. Why is it so useless?

Hopefully when Clarkson gets back, they won't reduce Raymond's ice time. The guy is on fire. As for the Flyers, true they are so off their game but it's too early to write off any team.
