i really dont give a (frank) how we won, whether it be stamkos and marting scoring 4 each for an 8-7 win and having horriffic defense and bad goaltending to it being 3-2 and having bishop steal the game and still have stamkos and marty both have 2 points..we beat the champs , so (frank) it...the 2 points are ours no matter what anyone say we won!!

im sure there are a few in the Bolt's executive office that are wondering why Drouin isnt on first line for his 9 games.. just sayin.

I am a Bolt fan from the word go, been there since day 1 and haven't looked back.

Type of person to make my thoughts known but after a few days back on track.

Just wish they would drop Malone and bring up Connolly.

Lot to be said for your comment RileyB77. For two periods the Bolts watched the Hawks in awe. They didn't quit. The third was an even period shot wise and the guys got after them. We got more than 2 points from this game IMO. They can beat any team in the league on a given night. They know that now. Play three periods like the third and they win more than they lose. Good stuff to build on. They need to be better in Buffalo, I bet they will be.

Take the win, make adjustments, correct some players, female dog-slap others and keep your eyes open for Chicago PD because that was downright thievery!

Didn't see much of Stammer tonight or anyone from the top two lines most of the night. Bishop should play til he loses or a back to back game. Leave the same D as well.

Great third period. When they killed off that box play at 2-2 when salo broke his stick and there where body's all over the crease I kind of knee they where gonna win the game. Players showed alot of heart there

I'd give them 9 or 10 before making moves especially with a long home stand starting after the game Tuesday. Let them shake out the bugs first.

As much as this will pain me, I must give credit where credit is due. Every teams scouting report on Bishop is to shoot where? 5 hole, 5 hole, 5 hole! Every player in the shoot out went there and all of them had the door slammed in there face. So, to that end, hopefully Jean can continue to help these guys get better.

im just happy we beat chicago lol ...im nt sold on bishop after 1 game....he had a 45 save shutout his first game with us last year but if he can keep it consistant hell yuh

sweet, the commercials were talking about Florida but i guess thats because the Buff game isnt on Sunsports. oh well, I'll take Buffalo after the B's and Hawks any day of the week!

The reason why you kept seeing them talk about Florida is because that's who we are playing in our home opener and they kept talking about the nice seating/food offers for the game.

itll be interesting to see how lindback plays this game, after an average start and after ben bishop came in and stole the show..this is gonna be exciting all year..seeing how they feed off each other and build off each others performances
