What's the difference, the 4th line only gets 3 minutes per night anyway. Dress Weber and use him exclusively on the PP, dress Alberts and either Weise or Sestito as token face punchees.

From what i have read about Daple he was projected as a top 6 forward. He has shown that ability at both the junior and pro level (AHL) thus my point entirely was taking him off the fourth line. Use him as a winger in the top 9 while allowing him to demonstrate what skill he has, if any. Its one thing to pick depth off the wire for limited use, but to write the kid off (23 years old) already at this point seems stupid.

Last game was essentially cycling two lines. Its going to be even more so now that Burr is hurt.

At the NHL level guys should know how to properly block a shot without getting hurt. Injuries still happen if you get hit in the right spot between padding.
