The only way they could do it is to make penalities for that kind of stuff stiffer but, if past precendent is any indication they would screw that up as well.

Ryan, u should maybe add to the description of Fort McMurry that while it is a blue collar town in terms of the type of work, heavy industrial, it is not blue collar money. Fort Mac has the highest average salary in Canada, and quite probably is the most prosperous community in the western hemisphere. the money up there is just sick.

So what Ryan is saying is that fans of fighting in hockey are like fans of NASCAR that watch it for the car wrecks.
