As scary as it is their record last year when leading after 2 periods was a solid 87%.

true but that was mostly due to great goaltending.

we need to work on puck possession BIG TIME.

He took out Lupul last year too. Too many useless players in this NHL right now. John Scott, Rosehill, Rinaldo, Kaleta, Bisonette just to name a few. At least Orr and Parros know how to stick handle for 10 seconds. Ffs.

Hope this is our D though tbh, Ranger has been kinda bad.

I can't believe I am going to argue the value of players like Orr and Rosehill, but this post is so egregious I could not resist.

The Lupul hit last year was much to do about nothing. He had his head down, the puck was at his feet and both flyers actually held up. One would think if the leafs were upset about that hit they would at least have attempted to fight Rosehill or Hall on Weds. Both of which are usually willing combatants. That did not happen. The game was actually rather soft.

The other night Rosehill was trying to drop the gloves with Orr all night and especially before Orrs cross check. I was at the game and many assumed Orr was banged up thus the reason why he did not drop the gloves throughout. He also just looked terrible. Like he just could not keep up with the pace.

Rosehill can forecheck a little, but for the most part he is there to drop his gloves just like Parros and Orr. Your incorrect about Rinaldo, however. He can flat out fly and can kill penalties. He can also keep up with the pace on higher lines if necessary.

Rinaldo is the type of player the league needs to get rid of, hes an absolute waste of humanity.
