That Colorado team is damn good- they were kind of rebuilding and kind of not over the same span as us (finhsed in and out of lottos) yet I see them far superior to us... thoughts???

I like their forwards (obviously) but I wouldn't call the team far superior to us at this stage... Yes, they looked great in the first game, but it's only 1 game... They did finish 29th last season (we finished 24th). Give it a little time before saying they're "far superior" to us

The score does not tell the story of that game. Anaheim actually outplayed them but just couldn't score. And Colorado had a couple weak ones. It was much closer than 6-1 would make you think.

nah. he was very patient and poised. did a good job drifting into open space and the finish was just sick. that said, Edmonton needs to win this year and blogs about the high points in losses won't cut it.
