Parros will likely do something with someone. Not sure if he's ready for an all out brawl though.

More and more teams are using them. But I guess they are all idiots the don't have a clue.

The fact the leafs were outshot almost every game, combined to the fact they had a weak possession % and a ridiculously high shooting % isn't rocket science.

Scoring once on every 5 shots is a fluke.

Getting the puck to high-scoring areas, and taking advantage of it isn't a fluke, it's smart hockey.

Getting outshot doesn't really matter when the shots are from poor scoring areas.

Letting the other guys pass the puck around the perimeter with no access to your net is going to give you poor possession numbers.

All those things combined= wins.


It's not that all advanced stats are flawed(thought trying to measure luck really is stupid), it's that, like +/-... if you use them without looking for any context, you can easily come up with incorrect statements.

the definition of Luck as I just read it in relation to advanced stats is Areas of unsustainable success. Leafs have a high AOUS
