In English:

1-Carey Price will be dominant and will participate to the Olympics..

2-Daniel Brière and Brian Gionta won't be as good as expected.

3-Alex Galchenyuk will be the team's first center at the end of the season.

4-Jarred Tinordi will be in the top-4 and play 20-22 minuted.

5-Lars Eller will leave us on our appetite. A lot of talent, points, but not the explosion some are hoping for.

6-Andrei Markov won't have the same impact and his role will be diminished on the PK and at 5vs5

7-Ryan White won't finish the season in Montréal.

8-David Desharnais will have at least 60 points.

9-Brendan Gallagher… If he does not get beheaded, he'll score 25 goals

10-Rene Bourque will sometimes be spectacular, sometimes invisible, but he'll score 21-22 goals

Makes sense.

So if I get this right, while the American economy is down the poopters, the solution to this according to elected officials is to shut the whole thing down?

Sounds like a brilliant plan to me...

Don't they all?

Only year we had success with players brought over was Hamrlik - Tanguay and Lang.

Man Hamrlik was a good D.

- Fredobbface

false on Tanguay and Lang. they were brought in the summer before the centennial season, which, you may recall, was a disaster of epic proportions.

I agree with most of his points. I think Eller will settle at 40-50 points and more responsibilities on the PK.

Same here. I don't get people who are expecting a 3rd line centre to get more than 50 points. There aren't many of those in the league. At lease I don't think.

wasn't a fan of him or Bonk. watching Bonk crawl up the ice was painful. you could time his skating with a sundial.

Only because there are 6 healthy D right now.

What if Gorges gets a half-clapper in the face during warmup?

Getting 30 points from your third line centre is pretty darn good.
