excellent. must be difficult working for a UK company...you know not being in QC and all.

Well, they have a big office in Montreal and I did some work for them before translating, but yeah, everything goes through the HQ in UK. No independance at all.

At least the on-call thing makes everything easier. The client's client ( ) sends me the request directly without middleman.

We have 5 (frank)ing litres of applesauce in the freezer.

And 5 apple pies.

Also made a crisp.

Lol, last year we took the "small" (about 20 lbs) bag and finished it in under 3 weeks. This year we went with the big one, I'll just eat 3 apples a day until there are no more. Made a porc chops recipe with apples tonight...was very good.
