I spoke to Nonis a few weeks ago. I reminded him that Colborne will get picked on waivers. I suggested he call the Flames & see if he could get a 3rd or 4th pick for big Joe. I said ask for a 3rd but take a 4th if they are willing. I mean Calgary has a chance to be a bottom 5 team. A good trade to get their 4th pick for Colborne who otherwise they could have lost for nothing. WHo knows, if Colborne can score 10 goals scoring up to 35 points, the Leafs will get a 3rd pick.

My suggestion, put me as your checking center. Playing hockey in my younger years, I was a superior checking center. My team mates referred to me as a five-checker cause I was better than a forechecker.
